If he does attend the Thursday Press Conference then there is only going to be one topic of discussion and I can't see the Board allowing him to continue to embarrass himself - and then sack him. Really has to go before Thursday, which means tomorrow could be his last day.

The numerous mega corps that operate entirely in that manner would disagree, Microsoft aren't exactly softly softly as an orginisation are they?

That is the worst characterisation of how to conduct business I have ever seen.

Ruthlessness long term on every issue is not sustainable.

It annoys suppliers, regulators and most importantly - customers. Such that you lose business.

This is a fact and if you knew anything about business you would know this.
