As we haven't heard anything from the Board individually or collectively, we have to speculate, but we shouldn't kid ourselves that we "know" anything.
I still don't understand why Moshiri only bought a minority stake, rather than a majority stake or even had a stated aim to own 100% of the club.
As for why he sits where he does and what he thinks of Martinez - that should be enough for a few hundred more pages on GOT but it's all speculation and nothing else.

The share options are in place for him to acquire the rest of the boards shares

Errr, pretty sure he's the Majority shareholder, with more shares than the rest of the board combined.

It's getting utterly boring now listening to people who think Bill is still calling the shots. He's not. Moshiri is the new boss man.

The reason for not going over 50% initially is probably to do with the probable terms of Prudential Trustees/AIB loan requiring immediate repayment or the Trustees approval of a takeover.

Wouldn't be much of a forum though if we didn't speculate, fume and bantz.

As they say: All good things come to those who wait.

(only trouble is, no one says how long the waiting period is.)

Some absolute whoppers in here.
