No, not without the backing of all the other minority shareholders.

Which would be highly unlikely given the very fragmented nature of EFC's shareholding.

What we know at this point is that:

Moshiri 49.9%
Minority shareholders (everyday plebs with less than 0.33% each) 32%

The remaining 18.1% is split between Kenwright, Woods and to a lesser extent, Granchester, Johnson, Finch, Tamlim, Howard and Mulville.

It's unlikely and we'll know for sure hopefully once the deal is ratified. One things for sure is that he'll have to keep them sweet. His 49.9% is like a minority government, he needs other peoples consensus to implement his policies.
