Usmanov and Moshiri have made their money by upsetting a lot of people over the years.

They will be sipping champagne on his mega yacht not giving one iota what the fans think about their decision to appoint Rafael.

My take on this is that I don’t particularly care what Rafael has said about Everton Football Club in the past when it was his job to beat us. Does anyone think for one moment that the managers of the clubs that play us are saying nice things about us, are they telling their players to go easy on us because we are a lovely club from a great city and are a great bunch of guys. The manager I want at the club is someone who is used to success, is driven to make Everton successful,. Rafael is another one of yesterday’s men, he had success, he has got it anymore. If we are a club going to look to move forward don’t employ a manager who is moving backwards.

“I don’t want him but I’ve made peace so stop crying you bunch of idiots etc”

Well done to you. You’re accepting mediocrity and turning your noses up at your fellow fans for having a bit of spine. You utter worms.
That "spine" was non-existent for 20 years when Rooney was being sold from out under us by Stubbs, Kenwright ring-fenced the King's Dock move with an invisible fence, claimed he wouldn't sell Rooney for 50m and then did so for half, threatened the fanbase with claims Goodison would fail health and safety rules while trying to push through a move to a shack in Kirkby, and continually failed to invest in the club in the manner of its traditional peers.

Where was the spine then? Frankly, many of us have long felt we have little, collectively in common with many of our "fellow fans". That others are finding that out now is by the by.

I can't wait for the day the fat gimp is binned. It will still leave a bad smell for a long time and won't be forgiven, but what a relief that will be, my friends.

And now you’re just accepting another travesty being thrown onto the ever growing pile.

I am not sure about the champagne sipping but I do agree they have made the decision and won't lose any sleep over what the fans think...largely because you really can't keep fans happy anyway.

They will make an appointment they are happy with and deal with fan unhappiness later.
If you wanted someone who is an Evertonian and cares about what fans think then you are about fifty years too late.

No mate a manager with a bit of a ceiling and who isn’t 15 years out of date would do fine.
