Slot in a quick RB and athletic top notch centre back that can pass + play a high line and we would only 'need' one more central player.
If Kean goes then of course we'd need a replacement but otherwise id be happy with those 3 positions.
With respect Zat, I doubt Carlo shares your diamond plans.
Hes very flexible, he won't want a squad that can only 1 way.

Compare this to some of the teams in and around us and it shows what a good job he is doing, we need 3/4 players to come straight in to the starting eleven to really compete for the top 4, Aarons Bailey Bissouma for example, off the top of my head

It's rather interesting that we've basically only used 17 total players (15 outfield, 2GK) this season... by minutes played it's:
9 players with 2000+ minutes
7 players between 1000-2000 minutes
and for reference a massive drop off after Davies/Olsen:
16th: Davies (1324 minutes)
17th: Olsen (630)
18th: Bernard (410, 3 starts)
19th: Delph (266, 2 starts)
20th: King (148, 0 starts)
No one else even has 90 total minutes.
What does this mean? I'm not sure. Gives me hope that 3-4 key signings who all can play 2000+ minutes can really change the squad, I suppose.
