The fact that he’s perpetuating ‘headlock gate’ accusations and that they were threatened to stay away which was all unknown to Merseyside Police I’d say.

This is the biggest thing. He could have chosen to draw a line under it, talk positively about the club and its fans. No he just wants to remind everyone about a threat that was so dangerous the police had exactly zero calls about it.

Give the bugger cake. The fanbase especially those under 40 need applauding not demonising. That fat OLD TOAD ruined our club, he surrounded himself with yes men like Sharp, Prentice and Little Miss Headlock they were complicit in our club losing its relevance. Their last ACT was another LIE but this one bit em on the ARSE. The fat old toad sat in luxury at Anfield told us everything. Good riddance.

He doesn't need to buy a ticket, says he has ticket(s):

“I have not been back, not that the football club has invited me back. Numerous people and my friends have invited me to go with them, and I still have season tickets, but I don’t see myself going back.”

This is the most disgraceful part of it all, he's blocking other people getting a ST and touting his tickets to pay for his panda snacks. :hayee:

Aye, grim. Can't believe he's doubled down, he's absolutely lost his head. The silly sausage.

To deserve a second chance there has to be some recompense.

Only he can do that.

The interview he gave the Scotsman, or whatever it's called was the final nail in my opinion. Showed no attrition at all, even thinks he/ they, the board were wronged, just feels sorry for himself and doesn't want to come back. Fine with me that's his decision.

He didn't have to apologise or anything. He could've just started going the match again and nowt would've been said to him. He ain't that important. He only took a little bit of stick when feelings ran ultra high and he was right next to the mian culprits and had nailed his colours to the mast with them. He still could just walk back in and not be noticed and carry on like nowt happened if he wanted. But that obviously doesn't appel to his drama queen temperament and his over inflated ego. He wants the fans to basically beg him to come back and he can sod off. He should stay away if his delicate feeling are hurt. He won't be missed. Honestly? He's always been full of himself. I remember reading his autobiography where he moaned about his testimonial because there wasn't enough people there to placate his fragile ego. I just wish someone told him, come back or don't come back, nobody really cares. Do whatever you want but stop crying about it like a jilted little tart ffs.......
