Rules aren't law... I'd imagine this judgment overrides any PL rules on this topic.
Wouldn't have thought so. What with it being an EU court, and us not being in the EU?
I stand to be corrected like.

Yeah, what a stretch that is...Imagine a game where about 1% of all clubs get 90% of the money in the game. But it’s not enough and they want more.
Get gone.
About your last 2 linesSo clubs will remain in the ‘Star League’ for evermore unless they finish rock bottom of the Star League, regardless of domestic performance. But clubs being relegated from the Blue League will be based on domestic performance. Maybe they will need to finish 12th in the PL to ensure their ‘blue league’ status?
It’s nonsense that is not desirable to the consumer imo. There’s too much opposition against it for it to come off.
This is parody right, anyone?

Forgive me, not the announcement, but that the toads making it can be believed about anything ever.Nope. Statement around lunchtime today.
PSG weren’t involved in the first one. They were asked but rejected it. Probably because Qatar had the World Cup coming up so didn’t want to upset FIFA and as a result of their “loyalty” Nasser Al Khelaifi became Chairman of the European Clubs Association.Even PSG are distancing themselves now lol

The world according to donald trump.
777 would 100% agree to it, as would almost any owner. That's what happens when ultra capitalist take over the clubs and the regulatory agencies.Ok let's say you're 777 and just bought Everton. Then you're approached by a company saying you can play in the "Blue" league despite not qualifying, because you're a pretty big name. You get a guaranteed 14 extra matches plus TV money and if you make the final you go up to the next league. Providing you don't do exceptionally badly you can do this every year. What do you think they would say?

It's a share of the advertising revenue I presume.I would ask "What TV money? You aint charging for it."
