Terminate him and claim on the insurance. Don't tell me the club does not have insurance for when any player clearly becomes incapable of fulfilling his side of the contract for a prolonged period. What the *&^$# the guy has had a couple of matches over nearly 1.5-2 years, just back doing individual training in and around the squad and you want to give him 60mins in a quarter final against Man U? God give me strength.

Just don’t know what’s happening with the bloke, the club don’t help with their radio silence but proper helmet behaviour to be making injuries up considering the majority of our fans (me) are cranks who are quick to panic

@ValBlue perhaps less is more in this circumstance: maybe the club is trying to not build expectations and set timeliness that cannot be relied upon.

I'd rather Gbamin was given more than enough time to rebuild his fitness so that he returns with a decreased likelihood of him getting injured again.

I know this is a completely different continent much less sport but the NHL requires insurance on all players and, should that player get injured, insurance picks up ~80% of it iirc. I'd LIKE to think it transcends sports?
