Reminds me of the weird culty Osman-hate when he was actually a consistent tidy player for us.
Human nature? It's very rare to see a debate where one party admits the other has convinced him to think differently. Also little things in the real world confirm this nature in people time & time again: on a train platform, random lady overhears me asking my partner how long the pending train journey will take: "10 minutes it is!" says the random. "Ok thanks" say I somewhat sceptical. I check on my phone and it's actually 27 minutes, so tell the random just for her info. She swiftly responds: "Exactly, 10 or 20 minutes, that's what I said!".
Bloody humans.

Yeah like I said before I remeber people saying it should have been a red and wasn’t , I just assumed that it must have been yellow , not, not a foul . Only Germany would get away with something like that.

Joe Royle said of Ferguson he was a scorer of great goals rather than a great goalscorer. Pickford is the goalkeeping equivalent.

haha behave, even tho the lack of clean sheet is more down to the defense being poor its always good to see zero against no matter who you are playing, so in goal tonight, unless the young lad from Arsenal is playing

Not really - he conceded a lot of goals for Sunderland, has conceded a lot of goals under four Everton managers, and conceded more than a goal a game at the World Cup for England. He's the only consistent factor in all of those.

Apart from a couple of games for England he’s spent the majority of his time behind John O Shea Jagielka Williams and Keane. Maybe when we put some centrebacks who are better than Sunday league standard in front of him the clean sheets might come a bit easier. Would also help if some of the back 4 had a brain and didn’t try and give away a penalty in every game.
