Ok, I refuse to get into a Howard debate so this will be my only post on the matter. Howard is 7th all time in prem clean sheets and averaged one every 3 games. Pickford is currently worse than 1 in 5 and has a grand total of 15 to his name in 77 games. He’s got room to grow and it’s ignorant to ignore that Howard was good if not great for quite a while.

How can you compare a keepers clean sheets for Utd and moyes vs what hes had at sunderland and everton?

Howard is gash, that list means nothing really, isn’t David James up there? Maybe even top?

James Ian 2nd and swarzer 3rd howard 7th Hart 11th.

Shcmeichel is 10th. I know who I would pick out of that list as my preferred gk. Howard was dog tang from day one mate, I used to call him the scare crow .

He was fine first season...behind a top defence.

He was literally in the PFA team of the season that year. You can’t just make stuff up. Now I’m done.

To be fair, you think hes a good player which could be classed as 'making stuff up' lol

Mate he's so far played for a Sunderland team who've ended up in league one and the worst Everton side in a decade, whereas Howard played for multiple league winners united, and probly Everton best side in a decade....

Pickford is already far superior to Tim 'throw the ball in the net' Howard

Good the bad and the ugly was last night's performance. Still he was responsible with his foresight in setting up two goals for England. Without that foresight England lose last night.

Just an opinion that was set in stone last year so now absolutely cannot be changed and must be reinforced as often as possible until he leaves the club in order to bask in the glory of being right.

Lloris would be above him too for me, even though I'm a massive fan of Pickford.

He's a Top Five PL Keeper atm, that's for sure.
