Saw a bit of Grealish doing interviews and playing this pre season, looks fresh and sharp.
Part of me thinks Southgate didn’t take him because he was ruined from celebratory benders and holiday, there was a pic of him in the preliminary squad where he looked how you’d expect.

I'm pretty terrible at both.
I think that depends what you choose to class as a cast off there are lots that would be seen that way that have worked out if we choose to include them but people decide not to make a point.
