We're all stumbling around in the dark and clinging to whatever is put forward by people who sound like they know what they're talking about. I realise on an intellectual level that my gut desire for KEIOC/Trevor's plans to be feasible has an impact on my head's evaluation of their realism. It's why my posts are so long and boring for everyone to plough through...I have to couch everything in ifs, buts and maybes, because like everyone else I don't really know...and I don't really know how much I don't really know:huh:.

I'm referring here to breakfast.
In that case, neither. BEST (Bacon, Egg, Sausage & Tomato) in a butty is best for breakfast. You don't need sauce if you've got the tomato in there. On a plate, you don't need either if it's cooked right...if it's all dried out, you can disguise it with ketchup, but really why bother?
HP adds nothing to breakfast for me, at a BBQ on the other hand, or as part of a marinade? Yes, Yes, Yes!
