He's looking for European football, wouldn't be suprised if he has already talked to Chelsea among others. I would.

Rumours are he’s already got a pre-agreement with them if a deal can be sorted between the clubs. Newcastle cash rich so may be best placed to agree a deal with us. Whether the player wants to go there is another matter.

There is no good outcome here. We're losing one of the few quality players we have on our books because the manager is a pretty, angry little man that can't ever let go of a grudge. Someone will gain a great player in Digne and they'll do it on the cheep at our expense.

I wouldn’t say he’s that attractive.


On topic though, absolutely no chance should we loan Digne out.

The results on the pitch are poor now. But if we can keep Benitez in place for another 18 months many of the issues above him in the boardroom and underneath him amongst the playing / coaching staff will disappear.

I just hope he gets the chance to carry it out. Moshiri surely knows sticking with Benitez is the only course open to him if he wants to address the culture of amateurism.

The only amateurism I've seen is the way he set up the team against Brighton. Sunday league management, in fact, that's a bit of an insult to some of the Sunday league managers I've known.

Not true that he has suddnely come good but how much of this was downto mix up with FSW.

But he should have been played against Brighton, if he refused then he should not be in the squad even never mind the bench.

It's the same set of people that thought Ancelotti's time at Everton was a success and wanted the manager sacked before the season even started.

There is a possibility that could happen. New club fresh start and all that. Who knows if there is anything in the clubs linked to. Chelsea would only be because of the injuries they have.
He's always technically been a good player.
But he cant defend that well. Is slow. And more to the point. Hasnt look arsed at Everton for to long now. No good using benitez for that one. Im no benitez fan. But digne looked half arsed way before benitez got here.
I want these half arsed players gone.

Thats right. He hasnt. Im not talking about on the pitch. Im talking about posts on this forum. The" one of the best fullbacks in the league" posts.
He's vastly over rated on here.
