Morning from a cloudy Norfolk. Lovely day was followed by thunderstorms yesterday evening. Here’s a couple of pics. First is view of Cromer from the pier and the second I took a Sheringham to prove that sometimes the North Sea is blue rather than gunmetal grey .lol

Our holidays in Mundesley came about via a Union rep who worked in Durham Land Registry. A proper Socialist and chair of the national Standing Orders committee- which is the nerdiest position in any union. Its also an important one. When he retired in 2015 he bought a chalet in Mundesley and said he would happily rent it out to friends and their families. £150 a week, and you didn’t have to pay him until you got back.

Sorry to hear that BR. I think you mentioned it last year when it was first diagnosed. I sincerely wish for her to beat this horrible illness and my thoughts are with you, your sister and the rest of your family.

I'm so sorry and saddened to hear this BR.

My wife's beloved sister died from pancreatic cancer 5 years ago.
