About 3 weeks ago I picked up my Christmas candles and also some new baubles for the tree. Anyone who buys Christmas items in December is a mug.Yeah Mrs J is Catholic ( mind you hasn't seen the inside of a church in 40 years ).and she seemed pretty happy yesterday.

I too don't want to make light of what is a terrible problem for those suffering but my son has been diagnosed as having ADHD then PTSD and now they want to try for Autism. I sometimes feel it is fashionable to have problems but I also realise they never had the ability to diagnose when I was younger or they might have diagnosed me with something .I am always trying to understand as it is way above my knowledge on these things .Not doubting you at all blue but a colleague of mine has just received an autism diagnosis and they themselves are stunned by it. I didn’t see any telltale signs myself and what I thought were character quirks are apparently manifestations of autism. To be honest, I thought they were just used to getting their own way unchallenged, right from childhood, but no they are autistic according to the experts.
They are now in a period of reflection to find out who they really are (their words). I don’t really understand that bit myself as they have navigated life for over 40 years already. Not meaning to make light of it either lest it come across as such.
I am amongst friends hereWhy don't you say what you mean
I know exactly what you mean. The existence of the Autism Spectrum demonstrates that it is an umbrella term for a wide ranging condition. One day it will likely be much more defined than now but in the meantime it can be a perhaps inappropriate labelling for some.I too don't want to make light of what is a terrible problem for those suffering but my son has been diagnosed as having ADHD then PTSD and now they want to try for Autism. I don't mean to offend anyone at all so may I compare it to asthma which is now diagnosed much more than it used to be despite the air quality being infinitely better than in my youth .
I am sure that is correct ,it would have to be .I know exactly what you mean. The existence of the Autism Spectrum demonstrates that it is an umbrella term for a wide ranging condition. Regarding PTSD, I am convinced thousands of people have it in NI but were never formally diagnosed as such. Even without medical intervention, people just find a way to manage it through family or community support.
Don’t think you are being petty with Daisy, just training her to do as she’s told and she will be a better dog for it. I know someone who went to visit a friend whose dog became quite aggressive. Apparently she was sitting on the dog’s favourite armchair, the owner explained that even she wasn’t allowed to sit on it, it wasn’t an old chair either it was part of a new three piece suite!Good morning all, it's a cold but sunny one today, the temp has definitely dropped.
Just went for a walk but cut it short after the beagle ate a chocolate cookie off the floor, got it before I even knew it was there and as usual totally ignores me asking her to drop it so she loses out on a nice walk, I have started doing it, every time she eats something and I tell her to drop it, if I get ignored she loses out. petty I know but it's been the cause of a lot of my stress recently.
I wonder what the atmosphere at the football will be like today, do we think a weight has been lifted with Friedkin buying us? It's going to be much better when we have professional people in key positions, I'd personally ditch Dyche but what will be will be I guess, if I paid millions for a club and had to watch Dyche's football I wouldn't put up with it.
Have a good day all.
After that couple of times she ended up really poorly on walks and had the squits, it scared me, she just collapsed and wouldn't move and wouldn't let me carry her, since then I have tried to be even more vigilant but her nose is better than my eyes and I can't see 99% of what she tries to eat.Don’t think you are being petty with Daisy, just training her to do as she’s told and she will be a better dog for it. Hi T I am not sure that the punishment comes soon enough after the offence to make her realise why as she still has the walk home .Have you thought of a muzzle ?Good morning all, it's a cold but sunny one today, the temp has definitely dropped.

Yeah you're probably right blue but at least it stops her eating anything else. I couldn't muzzle her, I only agree with muzzling aggressive dogs and that is one thing daisy isn't, she's the softest dog you'll ever meet. Hasn't got an aggressive bone in her body.Hi T I am not sure that the punishment comes soon enough after the offence to make her realise why as she still has the walk home .Have you thought of a muzzle ?
I think a lot are just glad it should be over and that hopefully will include the players ! If Dyche had a plan B I would be a bit more on his side as he is professional ,I am afraid that it might just be that I don't want more turmoil .
