Went to the gym last night then, because our other session was cancelled earlier in the week I was back again at 8am! I am wrecked. Although I think I must be improving because the PT has definitely upped the degree of difficulty. We do more reps and heavier weights these days. I even managed a "HRRRAAAARGGGHH OOOSH" like a proper pro when I was trying to lift a bar above my head. I felt quite proud!

So 10 minutes to kick off. Very nervous but the lovely DCL is back so he'll make a difference.

I'm well impressed with @jazzy's tree moving skills. @Armaghtoffee My Mum drummed into us as kids that when the wind was howling and the rain was pouring and we were all snug in bed we should pray for all the seafarers at sea in the bad weather. I still do and have added homeless people as well.

Who am I to say what mature women do ( let me take you back to a Billy Connely clip where he says about the noises "more mature " people make when getting out of a chair ) well my wife makes them when turning over in bed ,last week she said "Hoisin sauce " day after day ,so I bought some .Of course she didn't even know never mind like it .It just reminded me sorry .
 


There cannot be a best thing about todays game unless it was the three points ,I was so happy to see Iwobi and JJK have their best game for us ,no axe to grind just give me a performance and tgose boyys did .
MOM no , that went to DVB he is a class above ,so much time and such vision.He makes me think of Bally and for the younger ones James ,he just seems to see the game in slow motion .I couldn't fault even stiff leg today to a man they performed as they should do .COYB

I was like this last week mate.
Was fuming we couldn’t find a taxi back to Lime Street, then got a chocka bus on County Road into town.
It turned into a massive Everton sing song and was a perfect end to a boss day.
Me dad then says ‘ you wouldn’t have had that buzz sat in a taxi son ! ‘
Just brilliant it was.

Easy game for me to get to next week as well, same again would be nice !
