Nothing, except for people actually fighting to get those things (social housing, support, not being killed by dangerous industrial processes, a decent wage, being able to vote, being able to be fairly represented etc).
By all means though lets trash all that just so you can feel good about yourself whilst also not having to deal with it, or pay for it.
