New Everton Stadium

Yeah I’ve noticed the last few years you’ve been pulling in 38-39k regardless of results or performances. Just wondered how quick your sell outs are. For example if you’re playing one of the top teams, how many weeks before hand does it sell out. What’s your cheapest seats at the moment?
Sell out very quickly as a large portion are season tickets with a 10,000 waiting list for one.

Prices vary for the tier of each game.
Leicester H Jan 1st from £42 per adult , plus concessions for kids & OAP's.

Going off that I think a 60k ground is very realistic. £42, Jesus Christ, that’s expensive.

It is, which is why people saying we used to get 70k+ are living in the past, in those days it was affordable for everybody, these days whilst we are cheap compared to others in the league, 42 quid is still a considerable amount of folding to most people.
£42 for the cheapest ticket is not cheap, no matter how cheap it is compared to others. Not sure you’d sustain 55-60k crowds with those prices.

We really need this project to hurry up. The longer we plod around midtable whilst that lot are riding high the more ground we lose in this city.

The whole Klopp and Salah Murals in the city centre, them likely to win the title and who knows what else in the next 2-3 seasons we really could do with either a shock cup win and a major PR exercise like trophy presentation at the Liver Buildings or the stadium financing sorted ASAP and the project moved ahead of schedule.

IF Liverpool Waters goes to plan we'll have an excellent platform to build future success from being part of such a massive project... however I fear 4-5 seasons away is too long with how well they are doing at present and I hope the club is looking to try get this done a little quicker or at the minimum bang on schedule.
I don't go into town much but was shocked to see the Salah one. Are they the product of some Banksy-type RS? I sincerely hope they were not commissioned by or allowed by the Council. If they were not given permission, when is the Council going to remove them?

Well cheapest seat is misleading, its the cheapest adult seat, concessions brings the price down to 20 quid.

But ive just had a quick look and the only tickets available on New Years day are obstructed view, so 42 quid to watch a game behind a post is very expensive.

The fact you have so many obstructed views says a lot, and the new ground move will only increase interest among the fanbase. Our cheapest adult ticket is £20.

Haven't a clue mate but in town yesterday and there were idiots aplenty stopping for photo's by the Klopp one.

Whilst nothing damaging on its own they are slowly making the city "LFC" especially if they go on to win the title.

There is definitely a battle off the field with these things lately - the blue liver building stunt was certainly done with the attention of promotion and rightly so.

I just fear until BMD is done along with the regeneration of the area around which attracts those out the city / students towards us then they currently have a large gap in being the "face" of the city with the gap on the field at present.

Very true. The murals are what you'd expect to find in a one-club town, not one as split as Liverpool. Surprised actually that no Blue has taken retaliatory action with a tin of blue paint yet.

I think you have to be careful not to double count.

If we're saying that there are 10k on a waiting list then chances are a whole bunch of them are already attending games currently on a non ST basis.
Added to that - if given the opportunity how many of the '10k' could afford to stump up £600 - £700 in one go?
Certainly not all of them I would think.

I think that would make Blues look small time. Better for Blues to organise something similar for Everton.
