A little bit concerned about this all grinding to a halt soon because of lack of funding. We know that Moshiri hasn't got the funds to finish it himself, and there has been no updates in regards to funding yet. Everything at Everton seems to be on an absolute knife edge at the moment thanks to the people running things

I believe Moshiri has enough personal wealth to fund it if necessary.
Certainly enough to underwrite a loan.
It will be built, it would probably cost a considerable amount to mothball it at this stage anyway.
