Hey mate, how have you been?Hiya
Very sinisterHerr Horse-gel, like most people who support Trump and push Ivermectin, have a weird thing about women.
It's not freedom of choice it's about being competent at your job. If a builder stopped using a level because he didn't trust it and trusted his eye more, would you let him build your house? The level, and the vaccine, is fine.Fair play to you, that your choice...now extend to them the freedom of choice you just exercised.
Blindly trusting the science can back fire...like Thalidomide...like spraying everything with DDT, (see joni mitchell) these vaccinations were brought out in a hurry, maybe with the exposure to the science they'd have to get to do the job they do, they thought, I'll just wait and see...their choice.
Or is freedom of choice a thing that can be turned on or off, depending on what some politician or worse - what some unelected jobsworth thinks is right or wrong?

I tell thee what, for someone who apparently was leaving, our man @dholliday is admirably dogged in his apparent mission to antagonise Raf...
Seems almost personal over the course of this thread.
So that's the Head of CDC, the US President, the chief medical advisor, and the mainstream media all literally telling the public that vaccinated people won't spread the virus.
Maybe he said that to win favour with Andrew Tate.Definitely
Of all the garbage you quote or link quoting yourself takes the cakeBehave. I thought you're one of the good eggs.
Got no issue with @RAFUH - she's witty & nicely-readable. Just we differ drastically on some aspects of the pandemic.
I'm on read-only time now, got lots on at the moment. But if yous wanna proper retort to Rafuh's misguided trust in scientists, you only have to look at my post only a few further up (to which no-one has offered a rebuke). Scientists including the CDC Director and Dr Fauci Himself spreading dangerous misinformation about the vaccine:

For sure the scientific method has been severely misunderstood by the general public, not helped by a compromised politics & media. Ironically, it's been the 'anti-science'-branded vaccine-sceptical who've been more faithful to the scientific method than anyone else: test, prove, interpret data > repeat until no new trends apparent -> apply scepticism > draw considered conclusion.

It’s one of the strangest phenomenon of our time, that some people think they somehow understand complex concepts and topics via selective YouTube vids and podcasts and now believe their ‘knowledge’ somehow matches (and even surpasses) people who have spent their whole adult life painstakingly researching.
I've got my own personal doubts about the vaccine fwiw, i just think it mildly amusing the lengths you go to trying to "educate" people.yeah whatever.
anyone posting they trust scientists to be sceptical directly after my post proving that they are not...deserves a laugh reaction.
Still waiting for anyone to explain why all the 'top' scientists were pushing the idea that the jab stopped transmission....when there was never any real-world data to suggest this.
No one? It's right there from their own mouths...
We live in an Upside-down Clownworld. Up is Down. Truth is False. Science is Dogma. Experts are...not experts.
I'm gonna quote myself again:
it's actually worth a lot...doesn't have to be here on GOT, but outspoken open criticism of this thing is important (in my view).I've got my own personal doubts about the vaccine fwiw
He's an exemplar of Beck and Giddens' reflexive modern citizen weighing up risks and acting ever autonomously. Or sommat. Is she not a professional who works within the medical industry and you are just a person who advocates quack remedies on the internet though?

But you’re not coming from a position where your critique warrants no credibility as you have no understanding of the subject or credentials on the subject matter.yeah whatever.
