I often wonder what would happen if you found yourself to be in possession of a forged banknote, given to you in change in a shop or pub.

Say a tenner.

And you brought it to a bank or even to Plod.

Would you be given a proper tenner in its place......or would you be patted on the head for doing your civic duty and be expected to go to the loss of it yourself

My understanding is that if you suspect you have a forgery you shouldn't spend it but you won't be reimbursed. Better to spend it "unknowingly" and let it get sucked into the detection systems of the larger retailers and banks if you can't take the hit personally.

It’s not just the PL It’s the FA, UEFA and FIFA rules .

The way the leagues, cups indeed all football is set up is you in effect are invited to play.

Part of the process is that you have to agree to abide by competition rules

Ok we have no idea what happens from here on but be unde4no illusion if there is a proven link there would be repercussions one way or another

the bbc reported it asif we was doing something illegal, it is not illegal to own 2 or more clubs, it is completely legal, you could own 5 and its legal its just the premier leagues self imposed rules that have no legal standing anywhere

just the premiere league will not allow you to compete in the league if you do, but they have no legal powers, apart from them saying you cant play with us they can not do anything

What happened with West Ham and Tevez then? What about the fit and proper rule, or Financial Fair Play? I see clubs getting fined all the time
