Ronald Koeman discussion

Taken from back in October, a quick read of that forum in the present, shows that they think his football is boring and up until yesterday they'd lost 4 league games on the bounce.

#fail

I'm very concerned that its totally clear to anyone with half a brain that his preferred system doesn't work with the players we have available, but he plows on with it rather than changing the system to suit the players we have. Whilst I agree 3 games is no long enough to judge a manager sometimes an appointment just doesn't 'feel' right from the start, for me this is one of them. I hope I'm wrong but I have a horrible feeling our recruitment people have got it wrong this time.

Massive questions tonight for me. Just a load of unimaginative, sleep indulging dross. This was a poor Norwich side without a load of their key players and we just played in front of them, we didn't try to penetrate, stretch it. What do these guys coach? What are we trying to achieve in terms of a style? Boring the pants off everyone? Death by football is pretty apt. right now. I usually look forward to games but I'm starting to feel it's just one big chore and I don't pay £600 odd quid for that.

Orange cat just digs his own grave most of the time doesn't he!

imagine being so bent out of shape and frothing at the mouth that you had to try and prove to an Everton forum that the new Southampton manager had better virtues than the current Everton manager.

Bore off, you are beyond tired and tedious!

Everton winning a few games means we're having to go back to a distant time in the past to attack our manager now.

It is unbelievably tedious. I used to find davek alright, if a little nutty to still support the clown when it was clear he was getting us relegated, but all in all he was a good poster and I specifically enjoyed his contributions to the Liverpool thread. This anti-Koeman gimmick though has just soured everyone's opinion of him, it's not even like a funny WUM joke anymore, it's just spoiling the forum.

This in a nutshell.

Just looking for excuses to have a pop at the manager. We are all aware people are allowed to have different view points, but this is actually just blatant anti-Koeman agenda stuff. It's actually pathetic and embarrassing behaviour from a grown man.

I'm sure when they're finishing bottom half with no Europe that all the Southampton fans will be made up that Puel at least brought through a few kids (even if they're not good enough).

Southampton are getting worse, I think quite a few if they put their bitterness aside would gladly have Koeman back.

Southampton's season is alive and well and looking like they might get a final and silverware. We, on the other hand, saw our season die on its arse two weeks ago.

Please leave the Davek discussion at the door.

If people stopped poking the wasps nest.....

Backed himself so far into a corner that he can't even allow himself to enjoy Everton winning anymore. His loss. I find it quite funny though.
