I'm not sure he will. It's as much the managers fault in his system as it is the players execution of the system.

He's a terrible manager, worse than Lampard.

Personally I'd be sending the u18s out for this one, but they'd probably go there and win.

We need as few distractions this season as possible - as few games. If he plays full strength (sounds funny to say with the dearth of talent we have) there's risk of further injuries that we cannot afford. I mean - just imagine Pickford broke a leg tomorrow.

…I thought Tarkowski missed our best opportunity. We got in plenty of good situations but lacked the quality to exploit them.

He should have scored.

And Doucoure should have firmly planted that header.

Why only then? Isn't it a managers job to find multiple ways to play and multiple ways to win? This is Everton, we know there will be numerous periods in the season when we have three or four first team players out. We can't just write them all off, surely?

For having such a tall team we are dreadful on corners and set pieces. Dyche used up all his magic in the arsenal match last year shortest new manager bump in history. People will play devils advocate and hate but I Reckon Allardyce could do something and a lot more with this squad
