The floor is yours. Please do not forget to list the players and in what position you would be using, to play “Dualityball”.I told you there's ways to play with no target man and you gave the "we can't keep possession" excuse, which is exactly that, an excuse. Frustratingly at times we've actually played some direct ball on the ground without without mega hoofs every 2nd touch.
We can play on the ground, we've played on the ground, still direct, still the same, yet we chose to hoof to Maupay. Or to Chermiti against Doncaster, because you know, he's tall, target man, no other options. If tall = HOOF.The floor is yours. Lots of words but I’m still none the wiser as to what you would do and with which players? = DODGEWe can play on the ground, we've played on the ground, still direct, still the same, yet we chose to hoof to Maupay. You can play football, and get this, and actually kick the ball towards a teammate, but not aim it at the sky first.
I've told you - literally the same team, same way to play, don't aim at the sky - ball to feet.Lots of words but I’m still none the wiser as to what you would do and with which players? = DODGE
Come on, let’s hear about “Dualityball” please.
Many thanks.I've told you - literally the same team, same way to play, don't aim at the sky - ball to feet.
Because for some reason you're being obtuse - when a teammate kicks the ball to another teammate, they should keep using the direct approach, but rather than HOOFING LIKE AN ANIMAL and passing the ball either for said teammate to battle defenders for a lackluster header/miracle hold-off, play the ball towards their teammates legs, to give them a better chance to control it and play off them.
For another example, again because of pretending to be obtuse for some reason, think back to how we played against Arsenal in the game we miraculously won - effort, organisation, ball to feet mostly, trying to end every attack either by crossing for people in the box or shooting.
Then think about how we played against Doncaster - no idea what to do, just lump it down the line for the big boy to chase. If he does - he's alone up there because in order for anyone to be remotely close to him they've had to sprint 60 metres.
It's not revolutionary to play direct without hoofing - many half-decent teams do it, Atletico Madrid for (an egregious) example are probably the best in the world at it - back to front quickly but not hoof every pass. As do many teams in Italy (incl. the national team).
Any time xMany thanks.
And when he was Burnley manager he had the cheek to say ‘we didn’t know how to win away’ (which was true just that it come from him)Has he really won 8 of his last 57 games in the premier league

He persisted with him last season and he came up with some match winning goals and he's scored again this season..If he persists with Doucs he will get sacked very quickly.
His last 2 teams in the PL have both been regular relegation candidates. Not sure what else one might expect?Has he really won 8 of his last 57 games in the premier league
