get root to his hundred then go crazy scoring 60-70 in about 10 overs then put aussies in today. got bell, bairstow, prior, broad and swann to score runs quickly so why bother bat out time. Okay with taking the lead to 450-60ish because how much time is left and anything could happen i.e. swann injury leaving only 3 seam bowlers, just as precaution. but we should not still be batting going into the last hour of today, surely the players are eager to just get another win under their belt quickly as possible

this england team isn't close to '05.
they're just a genuine lack of good teams anywhere atm. SA are streets ahead of everyone and eng are streets ahead of any other test nation atm despite not being that spectacular

as i have said i think jimmy anderson and swann would get in any in england team ive seen , this team wins test after test , but fuk me its painfull to watch at times, the aussies and am sure mc would agree r poor , very poor
