I take no interest in cricket tbh, but watching the replays of that it was obvious given the rules of the game that the ball was not dead and Bairstow marched down the wicket like a clown.

He should be held up for ridicule.

I guarantee if an England footballer had dropped an equivalent bollock he'd have been pilloried not lauded. There's a clear class bias going on here.

Pretty obvious you take no interest in cricket. It was totally out of order to run him out. Funnily it nearly won us the game. We would have lost by 150 before they riled us up.

Lack of knowledge Dave after the 6th ball the umpire if the ball goes through should shout 'Over ' it's the logical thing to do he has pegs in his pocket to count to six ....its a given ....

Anyone who watches or plays cricket would have expected the umpire to shout over there
 
Reminiscent of the 90's in part, that in any one innings there'd be a capitulation of course but one batter would stand up and simply be left stranded trying to carry the lot. So many opportunities missed.
