The bending of PSR rules

I would prefer them not to punish the guilty.

Our claimed losses were approved accepted and our accounts were gone through with a fine tooth comb so covid losses would have been looked at, perhaps Moshiri managed some good accounting for once managed to add things in within the rules that other clubs didn't... Losses due to Covid were essentially gone in 2022 so we have every right to feel aggrieved that another club got 40 million allowances that no others did in a time when things were back to normal, even half of that allowance would have seen us go unpunished.. it's possible that United found similar loopholes within the rules as we did if so fair play but if it's found out that there was a wink and a nudge from the PL to United when it became apparent they were in bother then we should get Shagger back to take them to town.

Let's be honest here if Everton were punished for massively exaggerating those losses in those accounts the deduction would have came in 2022/23 and we'd have gone down. This is where Leicester and Leeds had their grievance.

The reality: the PL didn't want to be deducting clubs points. Everton were then made an example of when the government started putting pressure on over independent regulators. Suddenly it was 'we can regulate ourselves'.

Their losses were approved and accepted as well? What did they claim in 2020 and 2021? They lost more than we claimed just in revenue.

I've listened to that two minutes and it's just some guy trying to sensationalize something that happened 2 years ago.

independent regulator can't come soon enough

It’s all a huge pile of corrupt nonsense, just bent.

They won’t touch United, Chelsea or the new scabs Newcastle, it’s laughable. The ashworth deal stinks and United will be allowed to claim all kinds of mitigation, that will be accepted. .

Watch them come for us about the deal we did with Villa for dobbin though.

Everton and Evertonians should still be protesting how masters and his mates are running the show. The deductions we faced were totally disproportionate and grossly unfair.

I hope the new government smash the cartel to smitherines and get the regulator in place, granted they’ve got a tonne of more important things to be fixing first.

So while they were pushing for the maximum points deduction for us, they had given the worlds biggest club a £40m handout so they wouldn`t be affected! Rules for some but not for others.
You need to be asking what the club are going to do about it? Liverpool got a 50 million allowance for a stadium that never was and now United. It stinks. It needs an investigation as to who at the P. L. authorised it without the other clubs knowledge. To give an allowance their must be evidence of loss of evidence of costs. Don't hold your breath.
