The Everton Board Thread

But people on here by and large would be overjoyed to have them.

Me, I'd rather have someone who appears to have done a good job on the stadium like Chong.

That sounds more sensible to me.

But look, the only thing that really concerns me is 2 forwards, a LB and CB.

They can have whatever suit they want on that board as far as I'm concerned. My days of studying the changing faces in that place are long gone.

In short I'd say: dont be mithering over who is and who isn't on the board. Cash to the manager and staying out of his way is their number one qualification for me.
I think you can forgive people for thinking anyone coming in is going to be better than the lot they're replacing. They'd have to be an utter disaster.

Running a project successfully is a different beast to running an entire business. It's a massive step up in responsibility and, personally, I'd rather we have someone with some actual CEO experience than more jobs for the boys.

I'm a lot more concerned for Everton than just this one transfer window. You're not wrong that it's important but it's very short-sighted thinking to put the blinders on for everything affecting the club beyond that simple remit.

The board, whoever it is, isn't going to be creating money for the manager out of thin air this summer. Whoever sits on the board we are going to have to sell players. For me, it is what they are going to accomplish past this transfer window in order to prevent that situation from happening again that will be what I form my judgement on.

No, I wanted the board out and we got it. Kenwright is the turd in the bottom of the toilet bowl that wont flush away. But even there we have assurances he's not lasting too much longer.

The job is all but done apart from the new CEO.

I now want players in. I couldn't care less who gives the nod to them coming in. Theylre all suits and never to be trusted.
Kenwright has been in charge of transfers for donkeys, he's still here. You up for that?

I know we ain’t happy with bill remaining, but hopefully it’s short short term, but also reading it another way, does it mean we have money to spend as well ? Think we might reading the quotes
