Not so much the gym today, but I have been enjoying some yoga with everyone's favourite YouTube instructor
Wish I could find the motivation to give it a proper go as I am stiff as a board and carry lots of niggles... always end up bored after 5 minutes and with my limited time to train anyway just wanna go get swole. More power to ya though
 


Absolutely. Do a push/pull/legs routine alongside the rowing programme, because I’m light for my size as a rower. Biggest mental ‘win’ was benching 20kg plates. Obviously not heavy for most lifters, but was a nice milestone for me.
Is right mate. I mean this sincerely f anyone that’s arsed about what anyone is lifting apart from themselves. I remember benching 20 plates beaming. You’re in gainsville, just keep going and see where it leads.
