Wish I could find the motivation to give it a proper go as I am stiff as a board and carry lots of niggles... always end up bored after 5 minutes and with my limited time to train anyway just wanna go get swole. You’re in gainsville, just keep going and see where it leads.Absolutely. Do a push/pull/legs routine alongside the rowing programme, because I’m light for my size as a rower. Biggest mental ‘win’ was benching 20kg plates. Obviously not heavy for most lifters, but was a nice milestone for me.
