Had a physio sesh yesterday and left feeling like I'd failed an exam. Seated posture - awful, flexibility - horrible you need to stretch way more, show me your bridge - wrong, split squat no not like that like this.

Damn. Normal bloke I see is a good blue and we just chat about the good times when Everton weren't shabite. Puts a spring in my step.
 

Any recommendations for weights at home with limited space?
You can have a solid programme with a pair of dumbbells and a barbell with 80-100kg ish of plates depending g on your strength and a bench, preferably adjustable for angle. I have a set up of that at home when I cba going the gym plus a pull up/dip station I keep in the garden and can hit everything just fine. Only thing I feel it lacks on a bit is legs but lunges/ single leg squats and a few deads is still a decent workout.
