I prefer a katana extention for triceps. Whicj is overhead But you will be amazed how much you work them anyway, with things like overhead press and chest pressing movements.Joining this thread as I'm a habitual gym goer as much for the mental side of it as I am the physical benefits. I tend to go every day on lunch for 50 minutes and then do a big workout on either a Saturday morning or a sunday. I found something really interesting out today though that you lot might feel is helpful: https://www.boxrox.com/overhead-tricep-extensions-vs-cable-pushdowns/
The go to for your triceps has always been pulldowns with a cable for most people, but this study reckons the overhead exercises are 40% better for your muscle growth as they target the long head. I didn't know this until today, but I have been trying to incorporate more overhead extensions and found that I've seen a difference in strength and size. Worth a go!
I don't think the kids of today are bothered about what works, just what looks good on the gram (Insta not columbian).Just had a great chest session. I’ve progressed to lifting 34kg dumbbells on chest press and it feels good.
I don’t see too many people doing them these days, but I’ve always found dumbbell pullovers to be a great exercise. It targets the chest superbly.
Always a go to of mines and as you said i never see anyone else doing these either.Just had a great chest session. I’ve progressed to lifting 34kg dumbbells on chest press and it feels good.

Young lads are the worst thing about gyms in 2023 hands down.I don't think the kids of today are bothered about what works, just what looks good on the gram (Insta not columbian).
My gym has just got a great new pullover machine. Great for chest and back. Never see anybody on it.
The last bit is why I started going mad on the smoothies. Granted, mine was for bulking purposes, but you can see exactly what you’re putting in etc.I'm 8 weeks into a 12-week programme, started the cutting phase today. I absolutely hated it the last time I did it, but I go on holiday in a month which is why I'm doing it. The hardest bit is finding the foods you can eat that fill you up but aren't full of carbs and fat.
Get those bags of prepped veg and just eat a bag of that. Trust me, you won't be hungry.I'm 8 weeks into a 12-week programme, started the cutting phase today.
