Yeah I ordered some powdered peanut butter off Amazon. Much lower fat content than normal peanut butter and more protein too. I plan to add it to cereals and yoghurts and stuff. And yeah I’ll be increasing my chicken intake deffoI don’t quite get the peanut butter thing. It’s delicious, like, but it’s very calorie dense, and not a massive source of protein. I’m trying to shed a bit of timber so I only have it sparingly.
I love a protein bar - Grenade and Fulfil are go-to bars. My Muscle Mug do a boss range of instant protein oats that i scran most days in the office for my lunch. PHD do a great diet whey, and I’m also bang into NH Fitness Millionaire Shortbread protein powder at the minute. Vegan and all, if that’s your thing.
Otherwise a wheelbarrow full of chicken breast will do the trick.

I’m struggling with this too. My gym is only staffed until 8pm, and coincidentally about 10 kids seem to come in about that time. No idea what they’re doing, 6 deep to one machine and just generally getting in the way.I've hit my quarterly lull the past two weeks, been only a handful of times. Massively lacking the motivation, mostly due to how busy the gym is after work and the waiting around for weights/room/machines.
Also had a heavy few weeks with mates' birthdays so that's probably more the reason!
