I think a Conte, Mourinho or Mancini type or managers with that ilk would instantly command the respect of the current group of players and we`d be able to attract a better calibre of player.

Lets face it, no striker in world football is going to want to play in this Dyche team... A new manager is absolutely crucial for the club to move on....

Absolutely, Mancini out of them would be my favorite.

Conte and Mourinho are probably more successful overall and bring quickly success to a club, but they somehow always leave in dispute after 2-3y.

But to quote the Bobble, there is no appetite to sack Dyche by Everton Football Club, no one is talking about it.
Officially, I think he has a lot of fans in keeping people in a job and back to back relegation avoidance, I tend to agree.

Regarding the fanbase, I would say they have had enough but The Friedkin Group have the opportunity to give Dyche and the club a solid platform to turn this Dinosaur around.

If we can keep adding points and avoiding a terrible December, in January we can add to the squad and start building.

a few things. will they want dyche with the players /he or thellwell will get to be players who can play the goofball?

I think the Roma managerial interviews held in London was a good indication of what manager they would look to IF they sack Dyche.

Allegri - I think would not be interested in a move unless a spectacular deal is offered

Terzic - Very interesting. A new young manager who has worked at the top level but with our current squad I don't we would see the best of him given he likes to play high intensity and possession based football which I think all Everton fans wants to see. He would be a fan favourite for sure.

Sarri - I don't see him at Everton. He is very disruptive and I think we need to find some calm right now.

Mancini - Again excellent at City and Inter but needs a huge deal with huge money which I don't think we can afford.

31% win rate at Brighton, Potter.

Thats less than Dyche at Burnley, and Everton.

His points per game at Chelsea is equal to Dyche at Everton.

Shared my thoughts on him;

Massively overrated.

Mancini has won about 15 trophies as manager. World away from every manager linked/shortlisted with us for a long time.

[Edit] As for Mancini 'needs' money. All managers do. And guess what? Everton need to spend money - the squad is on it's arse and has had the least investment over the last 3-4 years in the league.

I wonder why they couldn't find a deal with Terzic - surely the issues would be the same or worse with us - but he is the only one I am interested in from that list. Italian managers never seem to last long in England, and a couple of these seem over the hill to me.

Allegri: Left Juventus as he wanted to try a new league apparently -- rumour was England but never happened. He's the most impressive of the 'experienced' managers imo

Terzic: Fell out with the senior players in Dortmund. Fans hated the cowardly football and rumour was he only got the job as he was mates with the CEO. Stunted development of younger players.

Sarri: Only plays one wa

Potter: The style he uses is a real underdog type football and if he had a top CF at Brighton they'd have been near the top of the table every year. Instead they had Maupay & Welbeck missing chance after chance

Mancini: Chequebook manager and we need to work within PSR not the whims of a bloke who wants to spend spend spend

McKenna: Im pretty behind this one. Young manager who has done amazingly well at Ipswich. Could he be ready for the next step? I think so

Agreed. I used to think Potter was worth a shot but was shocked when i looked into his record. He is definitely not the way forward.

Mancini however is a no brainer. Would have him in a heartbeat.

But what a way it is. You want either two things as a supporter, you either accept draconian football a la Mourinho if it gets you pots, or if that’s not possible, you want to be entertained. No manager is coming in here and winning anything anytime soon with our squad and financial restrictions, so if you can’t win things, go for a manager that will have the fans off their seats with their brand of attacking exciting football.

Sarri’s teams are a joy to watch. He’d make going to the game exciting again.

Hes 65 and if were signing lots of players to fit his style...when he leaves were stuck with those players.
