Despite the £200m+ spent at West Ham under Moyes they finished 4 points above us last season with a far worse back line as @GrandOldTeam pointed out. He isn't the answer and people need to move on.
kept them up twice, then took them to 6th x2 and 7th place finishes, and then won a european trophy

Moyes wanted to improve his teams, Dyche is quite happy to plod along and lower expectations, despite comfortably finishing on 48pts 22 above the drop zone.

Not necessarily saying I want Moyes back, but he'd be an improvement on Dyche without doubt.

And still sacked, move on lad its a new era we don't need an Everton museum.

They also got to the quarter finals of The Europa League, after winning under Moyse the previous year. It's always said how teams' league form - outside the regulars - struggle when playing in Europe. Even if he's not the answer, Moyse is a definite step up from Dyche.
Thats no basis to bring him back.

My ex Sunday league manager would be a step up from Dyche ffs.

And look at them now, as I said, not necessarily saying I'd want him back, although we arn't going to have a long list of realistic options
We pay massive wages in the strongest league in the world, the options are what we want them to be. There is a whole globe of managers out there to pick from, why limit it to the usual suspects, we are just asking for failure. Nothing is happening till the takeover is done imo.

Couple of things while I commute...I can't see Dyche getting sacked.

Whilst he's like won 1 game in 8, he's only lost 1. That's still not panic stations. We're 12th in the form table. So yes it's a poor watch but I'm pretty sure people behind the scenes aren't in crisis.

We don't have any owners to make that call either. You can say "Leicester just sacked theirs" but they're not a rudderless ship and no doubt have a candidate lined up. We all know we won't have even thought about it based on previous.

When Friedkin gets the keys it may look different. But so far it's wishful thinking than nailed on.
Yeah not a chance moshiri pays out again got lucky on sat because a draw keeps him safe just about. But honestly this run of games now if we get alot of defeats i tind it hard for him to be staying. Is this united a, wolves h, liverpool h, arsenal a, chelsea h, city a, forest h. Feel it somethint will happen gor him to leave it will somewhere in this run of games.
Why Baines & Coleman? Just cos theyre former players?

For me, its simple...

Former player = Carsley
Upcoming = McKenna
English & experienced = Potter
Foreign = Allegri

That would be my shortlist with perhaps one or two Italians dropped in as well
Still having a feeling thelwell is going play a key role i have the feeling he will be the one who the wat to keep. So will see other names like corberam ect

I’d pretty much give up on anything from Everton if we went back to Moyes, such a backward decision.
I would`nt want to see him given a long term run, but I think he could get the very best out of the players we have here short term. It will be interesting to see if a new manager could get us playing better football and getting results with the same players Dyche has been working with.

Dont see anyway moyes would take any job short think will be looking to something like a two year deal at us or leicester.

That is absolutely suicidal.

My mind boggles at anyone suggesting Terzic. Did you just see Dortmund and young manager and think good?
Suicidal? My mind boggles at anyone suggesting someone with a different opinion to their own warrants that sort of reply.

For me, I want a manager who we can be proud of who has an aggressive pressing style but also has personality.

They don't have to win everything but they have to have authority about themselves because managing this club is a HUGE job and an honour despite the turds we have be dealt with for the last few seasons.

New Owners, New Ground and New opportunity to raise up from ashes.
