‘Entitled deluded fans ‘
Don’t be ridiculous. What an arrogant statement.
Ultimately it’s just about preference,
I have been privileged to see three successful managers at Everton and Moyes was not one of them.
His football is limited, and that is a view that was ultimately shared by West Ham fans despite the trophy .
I respect him for those first 5 years, but he should have gone after that if we as a club had any ambition.
I go to the match hoping to see my team play exciting, aspirational football , not defensive limited football aimed to guarantee a draw .
Football is supposed to be an entertainment after all not a chore .
Amongst the group of supporters I had been going to the match with since the 70,s (all S/Ts and we went to most away games ) 5 drifted away from the game because of the style of football they were watching every match .
In the end it’s just personal preferences really.
You can watch and enjoy that style of football every week , but I can’t.
