Hibbert, Osman, Distin, Alacaraz, Howard, McGeady, Pienaar are all players who need to be shipped out. Most clubs would do this, however Everton will hang onto most of them. Honestly wouldn't surprise me to see some of them still here in 3 years time.

We work to a budget, this seasons budget is going on higher priority positions like defensive back up to replace Distin and Alcaraz, a midfield link player to cut out our reliance on the ageing Pienaar and Osman and likely a new winger and back up striker for Lukaku.
We're not Chelsea, Utd, City or the RS we don't have a bottomless pit of cash reserves.

The players I've listed are either a) always injured or b) are hardly used.
Them players are all on big wages, I'd rather recruit younger players who have a chance of improving than giving millions to proven [Poor language removed].
