The state of our forward line is scandalous. We own 2 forwards,1 we got for free and the other who is injured for the season. The lack of investment in that position is criminal. Its getting to the point of even why bother, same **** different year. Sell 3 players loan 1 then fall short.

We were the better team, if we were not I´d just hold me hands up and say well done, but they were gash. But after thier goal they put everyone behind the ball and we couldn´t break them down . Not helped by Clattenburg who was back to his best the clueless git. We lost the midfield after Osman and Peanuts went . Barkley looked out of sorts to me. But believe me Spurs will not finish above us this season they are really gash.

In my more paranoid moments I imagine that about 40% of the people posting on here are actually Liverpool supporters playing the long con.

Thought we played well, lack of incision, didn't get the bounce of the ball in the final third. McGeady didn't look very good when he came on, made a couple of soft passes, Barkley had a couple of good runs but was trying to do much himself.
