He's been sacked in his last 3 jobs and will be sacked in his current one soon. What happened to Mourinho?

So to summarise he's crap
He would probably have been a good fit when we appointed koeman maybe .Definitely feels like he's a spent force now
He also likes to spend money, and he won't be able to do that here
He'd be frustrated within days of getting the job
It's a very bad fit and always has been for us
Spot on - am getting a little concerned about the shouts of ferguson/rooney to restore some quaint notions of “evertonness”. Sod that - like you i want a proper plan with the whole current failed footballing operation ripped up and started over with an emphasis on young and hungry - analysing potential players performances when the chips are down, deciding how we’re going to play and ensure that permeates all the way up and down the club from first team to under 7’s.I'd have Neil Chuffing Warnock ahead of Rooney, just a ridiculous notion. (both of them). Next you'll all be punting for Joey Barton or Robbie Savage.
There are good managers out there, we need a man with a plan, we need the ownership to buy into it - support it - and the fans to understand the intent. Then give the plan time to work. What we don't need is this zig-zag approach and squad "building/destruction" - a long term plan, clearly articulated and spanning managers (if necessary) - all in all what a decent DoF should have brought to the club.
We also need a new CEO, not that I have anything but respect for DBB, but we need a new broom and it needs to be ruthless, I get the impression she is just too nice in this world of football.
On top of that, no jobs "for the boys" attitude. This is elite sport, winners only please.
His off the field behaviour wouldn't garner enough respect for me.Would welcome him, personally. Think he'd give his all for us and be a respected figure in the dressing room. Worried it's too soon for him but at least fans would be on his side.
If bringing in Rooney to restore some "Evertoness" happens we may as well just lash the new ground in the Mersey and give up.Spot on - am getting a little concerned about the shouts of ferguson/rooney to restore some quaint notions of “evertonness”. TBF, if he comes in, make him player/manager. I'd have him on the pitch over Rondon. Plus him and Tosun could share hair advice.Marvellous.
Give Rooney credit, he’s done amazing at Derby, but it’s always worth remembering that he can’t possibly fail at Derby.
Huge points deduction, means no pressure and all they’re effectively doing is playing for pride.
Everton where we’re fighting to stay alive? Well… what could go right?
