No one's fault really - this is life. I don't ever really think Lukaku has seen his long term future here - he wants CL football asap not in 4/5 years when a still theoretical stadium may have been built and propelled EFC to the number 1 European football power .

He'll be 28 then so you never know we might buy him back at his peak. The stadium is the game changer for Everton but your general fan, a bit like Lukaku, only sees the here and now.

He and his agent have led club to believe he was signing - what more were the club to do ? Spend more money on players possibly in contravention of FFP ? The club has taken good steps, more needed but those expecting a City style investment will be disappointed no doubt.

Moshiri isn't going to blow his fortune on us. Each pound he spends/sanctions will be on the basis of getting a pound+ back.

You mean his Agent would rather his clients played for a club that earns 500m a year or a club that earns 120m a year.
