Anyone help me with muscle groups in sessions?

I’m starting to miss sessions as work is mental so need to combine if possible.

What’s the best combinations? Find all types of contradictions on google so confused now
 


Hi fellow meat-heads, advice required please.

I'm looking for a good electrolyte drink (preferably a powder) for post cardio. Usually take it following a big bike ride, but occasionally rowing too.

Not really into the overly sugary gatorade type stuff. I did used to use a very good CR7 branded one but I'd like advice on what you guys use.

I use birds. Powder brilliant add bit of water boom fantastic on a apple pie
 

Out of any pre workout. Had two strong coffees. Not made a difference. Struggling for energy today. Nothing worse than before a session and you cannot be arsed.

It's different for everyone but a couple slices of ham about 30 mins before a workout give me a little boost.

Get some healthy carbs in there an hour or two beforehand and that should help.
