Understand that but the problem for stones will be the movement of the front two who will target the right hand side of our defense. This games has goals written all over it and I am afraid the front two of liverpool will score more goals than us over the 90 mins. We could go 4, 3, 3, get inbetween the liverpol midfeild and suffocate the game and the service to the front two which goes against martinez principles but in a straight shoot out they will score more goals than us on the night unless we change our tactics and try to nick it on the night.
 
I had a mental block about hibbert this afternoon when talking to a red in work about who we could play in defence. I was talking about Barry playing centre back presuming none of the injured lot make it. Then I was like 'who will the 4th defender be after stones, baines and Barry'. Then I realised :(

He will get TORN APART by Suarez - they'll just put him onto hibbert and with good reason

how about no.

get behind the manager and the always take the game to them attitude. Circumstances with injuries aside the majority of the fans are looking forward to us really having a good at their place for the first time in years.

It's a shame professional football manager Roberto Martinez hasn't thought of that. And it's an even bigger shame we've never had a manager who insists we go away from home in a big game and change our entire style on the off-chance we nick a result.

gotta go at their defence, toure is slow..not sure about the others, but look at what villa did..really panicked them

If he has his best team to go out on attack and win the game then he should of course but does he?

We will see soon enough.
 
I've found that I've thought less about Everton this season, I feel like Martinez has 'got this' and I can happily let him get on with it without the dread and panic that usually comes with being a blue.

Still not looking forward to tomorrow like.

spot on, we can not moyes this derby, if we get beat we do it doing what weve done all season under berto, and would hate nothing more than go with moyes old favourites and 'try to get out of their alive'
 
Don't rate their defence at all and their midfield have given very little cover in recent games, unless Rodgers changes the formation (which i wouldn't be surprised at all if he did) we have a great chance as they'll be putting all their eggs in one basket hoping that their strikers will be more clinical than ours
