Seems like the perfect time for me to insert this horrifying image

Two clubs abstained in the vote I see - I wonder who they were?

Calling miss dynamite, come in miss dynamite.

I get it, people want everything banned these days, we're moving into the lovely world of Demolition man. However, expect Everton to be embroiled in more financial turmoil, and the top 6 to be even more of a closed shop. Us and the rest of the 14 will be getting a million a year from pucker pies (until the ban on fatty foods that is). Meanwhile the top 6 are safe with their banks and airline sponsorships. I'm starting to think we really do belong in the more 'honest' world of the lower leagues, god knows we are not cut out for the elite.
Jeez, not banning gambling, but maybe we should stop advertising it.
Like we shouldn’t advertise fags

But who determines which 1 is bad?

I personally have no major issues with gambling impacting my life.

Alcohol and fast food tho, they are a bad spectre in my life.
Well the Premier League clubs decide, if you're after a serious answer.

And if not them, the government.

Both make decisions based on gauging where public opinion is at.

I recently found out asbestos filtered cigarettes were a real thing back in the 50's or 60's. I would love us to be sponsored by a modern brand of asbestos cigarettes.

It's not though.

This is just removing it from shirts - 8 currently have gambling on shirts;
  • Bournemouth
  • Brentford
  • Everton
  • Fulham
  • Leeds
  • Newcastle
  • Southampton
  • West Ham
It'll still be impossible to follow/watch football and not be inundated with gambling messages.

Clubs will still have gambling partners etc, and you'll see gambling messages around stadiums both in person and TV. You'll still get hammered with gambling adverts in-between the pizza adverts for every televised match.
No establishment six in that list.

Great.
Now we can go and find a suitably ethical sponsorship from a less controversial industry like cryptocurrency… :hayee:
Stake is involved in crypto, too.

And for all I know, their entire board are chain smoking drunks who love McDonald’s.

The intersection of all the vices in one handy sponsorship package.
