“Our stance has not changed”. Is that the first stance or second stance on it that hasn’t changed?
Their statement confused me. I can't remember if they were for or against it first time.

Difference is that Ratcliffe will have a say now and he is a manc at the end of the day, he isn't going to want to rock the boat the moment he walks in the door imo. I don't think any of the PL clubs will push for this tbh.“Our stance has not changed”. Is that the first stance or second stance on it that hasn’t changed?
This,Never watch the champions league anymore.. all I watch now is Everton and Ireland.. Football has become uninteresting.
The type of sheep fan that we are talking about will go along with whatever the real fans are saying. The real kopites and mancs aren’t going to allow themselves to be replaced by the sheep; the real fans will oppose this nonsense!
Then there’s going to be a wealth of opposition from the majority of the clubs that would have to be part of that three tiered nonsense Euro league.
Why would the likes of Sevilla, Everton, Aston Villa, West Ham etc agree to be part of this BS system? Especially, if it’s going to completely obliterate their domestic leagues that they are also competing in?
There’s way more opposition than support for this nonsense imo.
I do think the opposition to this failed idea is considerably greater than those that support it.
If they leave the PL that will massively devalue that competition causing Everton a big hole in future income. If you get offered a way to plug that missing chunk and more, you would take it.
I think they know this is probably a non starter but they will use the threat to get a bigger slice of CL pie and/or more guarantee of regular qualificationI don’t believe that the Sky Six would swap the PL for this dogs dinner if they were forced to choose between the two.
I think the fans of the Sky Six will object to this as much as everyone else.
I think this proposal is heading the same way as the last one
The last bastion of true fan culture in the European game. German clubs would dominate Europe if they gave up their fan-led ownership model as the clubs are huge and situated in the richest football economy on the planet. They would be massively attractive to capitalist investors. Here's hoping it stays the way it is.There's a lot to like about Germany.
