I'm making Apple pie and chocolate sponge pudding as well ; you've got to pace yourself, which I never do

Dessert is over-rated after a roast. While your apple pie and chocolate pudding are sure to be very nice, it's all about beef, yorkshires and roasties and going at them until you can physically eat no more.

When done properly, all meat is excellent roasted. Roast gammon is an underrated delight.

Pork is my favourite at the mo.
