The Chelsea auction just showed how many people would be interested in buying a PL club, and were willing to spend £3 billion with another extra billion to spend on a new ground.

Seems the appetite for Billionaires attracted to the PL is strong and Everton would be a bargain if they want to still buy a PL club.

There was actually a PL club with no debt for sale less than a year ago , sell out every game , huge stadium and in one team city , that went for £300 million with not many suitors . Chelsea are an established top four team , with a huge amount of valuable players , CL income for years and are currently european and world club winners .

We are more closer to the geordies than we are chelsea .

Cos it wouldnt have mattered if we bought the right players.

If our spending got us CL money and all the perks that come with that, our balance sheet wouldnt matter.
