I "hate" him. I will always "hate" him.
I don't hate him personally as I don't know him.
That said at the match nobody will notice I hate him as I will just support him like every over player (whilst silently seething inside).
Ah well good luck to him. It feels really weird.
I think the amount of games he has played is more relevant than his actual age.
People generally support football clubs not footballers. People abroad like Rooney coz they support United, not the other way around.
We came 4th the season he left....
Maybe we would have won our champions league qualifier the next season with him in the side?
Maybe we would not even had to qualify as we may have came higher in the league. Who knows?

This was a game where our team famously didn't bother in the first half because they had a strop on because of the manager though.
Each to their own, I think he has looked an absolute shadow of himself for a good two years personally, maybe even longer.
All three of those players had shown in the preceding seasons that they could still perform at the same standard. None of the three are known for their pace/dynamism as being a massive part of their game. Pirlo is another one seeing as you are listed great older players who have nothing in...
Henrick Larsson was not playing week in week out in one of the top leagues along with international tournaments every other season for the whole of his career. He was playing in Sweden, The Netherlands and Scotland.
Also when he was signed as an older player for Barcelona he was showing that he...
I am sure people do it.
I am not convinced that 100M Instagram followers or whatever are going to do it. The difference (if we didn't have the Kitbag deal making it all pointless anyway) would be negligible.
Besides...the shirt is rubbish.
Yeah, usually when they are playing for their favourite club (ie Manchester United). People generally support clubs, not players. Some bloke in China or whatever will not be buying a Rooney Everton shirt, he will be buying a Rashford (or insert big money signing here) United one
I have nothing against him in real life terms.
In footballing terms I despise him. I find it important to keep a grudge going football wise. It's a big part of the game and a big part of a clubs identity.
I probably don't hate Steve McMahon in real life but I loved to sing his seaside song...
I'm obviously joking...
I follow Robert Lewandowski on twitter. Doesn't mean I am going to be buying a Chelsea shirt if he moves there this summer. Nor does it make me a Bayern Munich fan.
